Repetition - 22/365

I'm sure there are others who love to photograph shadows. The best thing about them is they're always changing. In this instance because of the stairs and railings, the shadows were like a pattern that repeats. I love repetition. It's beautiful.  (pic taken at Silver Dollar City.)

Troublemaker - 21/365

I wonder what this ornery cat is smiling about? I'm sure he has just done something bad. He is very full of mischief, getting into cabinets, crawling under beds dragging things you will start missing soon. He is inventive too. He wants to be outside so every, time I come in from taking the dog out, he is desperate to sneak out. One time he didn't 'try', he just JUMPED OVER the returning dog and dashed out in the back yard. Sneaky little thing!

Skywatch Friday - 16/365

Traveling down to Silver Dollar City (in Branson, Missouri) recently, I snapped this sunset out the car window while speeding by at 70 mph. When I got home I realized the picture was actually quite pretty and not fuzzy as I originally thought. So with a little bit of color tweaking, this is the final result. I love the contrasts of bright and dark. The lines you see in the sky are, in fact, power lines. This is for Skywatch Friday.

When the temperatures get to freezing or below, I'm wishing fervently for spring. (Picture taken in October at Silver Dollar City in Branson, Missouri.)
